We start out with a 30 minute meeting where we'll discuss your overarching goals including what platform to choose, your vision for your website brand boards, and a brief on your content prompts.
Our second strategy session will take place alongside our sitemap and content planning.

Using your existing logo and photos, we will create a brand board which will help direct the look and feel of your website.
If you do not have an existing logo or photography, we can recommend some great partners to collaborate with!

After our first strategy session, we will send prompts to help guide our sitemap and content planning. Some of our clients love this "homework" and others prefer a more hands on approach. We can work with whichever process is best for you! We even offer a more comprehensive copywriting add on.

Once you approve your brand board, we begin working on your homepage design. This is a fun process for our clients to see their vision start to come to life! After approval, the rest is usually smooth sailing.

Before we hit GO!, we work on a pre-launch checklist including making sure your domain is connected and all of your links are in working order.

We know that in those final days until launch there's a lot on your mind. We offer a maintenance period to make those tweaks you wish you thought of.
We want our clients to feel empowered and comfortable navigating their own website. We offer training sessions to all clients and show how they can make easy updates on their own! (Because who has time to wait 48+ hours to change a couple of sentences?)

We pride ourselves on being able to work efficiently while also ensuring a quality product. During our consultation we will help identify the best plan for you, communicate any client needs, and determine timeline.
Our website projects are normally booked one month in advance and takes an average of 10-14 business days from the time content is completed. We offer a free splash page with most website packages as we complete the full website and we estimate 2-3 business days for the splash page.

Logo and branding, domains, website/platform hosting, email hosting, SSL certificates, copywriting, photography, videography, paid stock images, and/or printing costs.

We rarely accept logo projects but are happy to refer you to other design partners. Clients often use 99 designs to crowdsource many options.
We are able to make minor design changes to existing logos.

Websites require a 20% deposit upfront and is refundable until work has started.
Payment plans are offered on all packages and custom pricing can be considered for ongoing website work.

We currently build websites on SquareSpace, Webflow, Wordpress, Square Inc., Shopify and ShowIt. After our consultation call we can direct you to the best platform. Our pricing reflects the difficulty to develop and/or ease of use on the client.
Generally, we recommend:
• SquareSpace or ShowIt if you want an easy-to-manage and modern website with the ability to blog, portfolio, or small store;
• Shopify if you have more than 15 items of inventory to sell (otherwise Square Inc. or SquareSpace);
• And, Webflow or Wordpress for advanced creative solutions.

We understand that a new website can be overwhelming to learn and engage with. We offer 45 to 60 days of maintenance and support as part of our packages. After the included maintenance, we are happy to answer questions but timely changes may incur an additional cost.

Sitemaps are included in most packages and wireframes may be considered depending on needs.
However, there is an additional cost of $500 for a more in-depth experience with multiple revisions.

We are happy to work with other agencies and consultants through referral rates and branded pitches. All partner relationships vary but generally range between 10% - 25% off on multiple projects.Reach out for our B2B rates!

Sarah and Elizabeth have worked together for nearly 10 years and have a combined experience of nearly 15 years. Together we balance our skillsets to offer our clients exceptional and timely creative work. Sarah specializes in brand/style-guide development, while Elizabeth specializes in content strategy and communication design.
ABOUT US
Elizabeth owned her first small business, a digital and design consulting firm, at the age of 23. At her boutique agency she managed five employees and brought in over 40 clients for both ad hoc projects and retainers. During that time, Elizabeth executed campaigns through discovery, design, implementation, and reporting for brands and causes including Tesla, Texas Central Bullet Train, Purina Pet Food, Walmart, Parker's Real Maple Syrup, Coca-Cola, Blackberry, and various small businesses.
She managed her business for nearly four years before being hired in-house by one of her clients. A few years later returned to work for herself.
